Training

Adults

Youth Protection Training Online - Any adult that attends a campout MUST complete YPT. Check the Great Plains District web-site for the times the program will be taught in a classroom setting, if you don't wish to take the training online.

There are other training opportunities taught through the Districts and through Circle 10 Council. Although Troop 714 is part of the Great Plains District, it is suggested, but not required, for training to be taken within our district. The Circle 10 Council website has links to all of the districts therein. If you wish to enroll in a class that is taught in another district, you should check that district's website for offerings, requirements, locations, and times. Or you can go to www.scouting.org and select the link for training, and it will ask you to set up a MyScouting account if you do not have one before doing the training online.

Read the Troop 714 Web Policy for a statement of policy concerning the content of this web site.
